I'm Abhijit Borade. I lead technology at Angular Minds.

I help teams make sound technical decisions, build reliable web products, and grow systems without losing clarity. My work sits at the intersection of engineering, architecture, technical direction, and leadership.

Background

I've spent over a decade in software engineering, moving from software development and senior engineering into technology leadership. Today, I work mostly with JavaScript, TypeScript, and web platforms, while staying focused on how systems age, how teams make decisions, and how architecture remains useful after the first version ships.

Beyond work

The things I do away from work tend to have one thing in common: they give me time to explore at my own pace.

  • Gaming

    Adventure and RPG games, Minecraft, and Xbox. Minecraft has a way of turning a quick session into an entire evening.

  • Music

    I have a soft spot for songs that take me back to a particular time. My playlists are organized less by genre and more by the years and memories attached to them.

  • On the road

    Whether it's a solo motorcycle ride or a longer trip by car, I like an open road and leaving room for the plan to change.

  • Curiosity

    Technology, gadgets, software, AI, and the occasional rabbit hole that starts with, "I wonder how this works."
